CMC Working Groups and Task Forces

Operationalize Certification of Personnel Competence across the IECEE, taking into account future IECEE needs:

• initial scope to include machinery safety in accordance with IEC and ISO standards
• identify suitable ‘unites of competence’ for commencing such services
• develop and maintain Rules of Procedure and related Operational Documents necessary for the operation of the scheme
• implement question bank and identify the related knowledge experts to support the overall CoPC Scheme
• consider potential future program for recognition of training bodies
• consider future needs including areas such as cyber security and functional safety
• ensure wider engagement including end users, certification bodies, asset owners, system integrators, machine builders, etc.
