Hotel reservation:

The contingents are 30 rooms at the Courtyard Hotel and 50 rooms at the Hilton Hotel. The rooms can be reserved from 27th to 30th March 2023. Participants will need to go to the website via the below links as these are configured specifically for CTL meeting bookings. A reservation by phone or E-mail is also possible under the keyword "CTL 2023".

27.03.23: 30 rooms at € 129.00 incl. breakfast 28.03.23: 30 rooms at € 129,00 incl. breakfast 29.03.23: 30 rooms at € 129,00 incl. breakfast

All reservations outside this time can be requested by phone or email. Rooms can be booked until 09.01.2023 WITHOUT minimum purchase! The booked rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. If rooms are cancelled after this time, a charge of 80% will be made. The booking guest is responsible for these costs.
