Scope	Tasked with developing recommendations on: • Clarifying Member Body and NCB obligations related to recognition of IECEE deliverables, such as Certificates in country of the MB and proposing appropriate rules. • Improving visibility of any national or regional regulations or “special conditions” that impact the recognition of IECEE deliverables in the country of MB. • Clarifying the rules on recognition of IECEE deliverables by NCBs for the purpose of granting national certification. • Providing the criteria for what needs to be included in the NCB declaration of Certification Requirements on the IECEE Website and improving the visibility of these declarations. • Identifying alternatives to NCB recognition of IECEE deliverables in IECEE Member Countries that have no NCBs. • Proposing appropriate rules for IECEE recognition of “Other Recognizing Bodies”. • Proposing practical methods for IECEE enforcement of the rules on recognition of IECEE deliverables, including MB declarations, IECEE verifications, Peer Assessment, and related enforcement actions. • Identifying the impacts of the rules on recognition of IECEE deliverables on the members’ rights and duties related to participation in IECEE activities and making appropriate recommendations to other IECEE groups.
