Currency The official German currency is Euro. One Euro is equiovalent to $0.67 USA dollars approximately. Banks and Financial Services Most banks open from Monday to Friday 9:00 h to 17:00 h, and some open on the weekends. You can find ATMs that accept all international cards almost everywhere. Credits Cards Visa, Master Card, American Express and some other credit cards are accepted in most hotels, department stores and big restaurants. Some smaller shops and restaurants may prefer cash payment. Insurance The hosting organization cannot accept responsibility for any accidents, losses and/or damages that may occur. Delegates are advised to obtain travel, medical, personal accident and luggage insurance in their home country if so wished. Dinning facilities A wide variety of restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets are available close to the meeting Venue. Normally tip is not necessary.
